• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors/ Procurement Officer and other staff responsible for the administration of the Contract with the S.O., the Employer and with sub-contractors and supply contracts.
• Contract management in delivery phase as an administrator.
• Draft and review a variety of contracts/ agreement.
• Meeting with Client/ Supervision Officer and subcontractors to discuss contractural matters.
• Provide contractural advice to the Project Manager.
• Identify opportunities or risks in processes and devise plans to implement.
• Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/ Building Engineering or Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Preferrable 15 years’ experience in the management and administration of large-scale process related Contracts and shall preferably possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying and/or Contract/ Construction Law
• Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology
• Managing team members in routine daily tasks.
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
• Excellent skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual claim issues.
• Willing to work for 5.5 days at Tuas area
