Job Description
• Prepare tenders, bids, project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• Lead and support QS team; liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal/technical teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project progress through site meetings and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Identify risks, resolve contractual issues, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency, communication, and productivity
• Maintain contract management database and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
