Job Description

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Contract Analyst to support Prime Brokerage & Broker-Dealer Operations within the Operations Middle Office team in Singapore. This is a 6-month contract role supporting daily operational activities within the Global Markets business.

This role is suitable for candidates with prior experience in banking operations or middle-office functions who are looking to gain exposure in a top-tier financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide middle-office operational support for Prime Brokerage and Broker-Dealer activities

• Support the trade lifecycle, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution

• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and operational discrepancies

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing

• Ensure adherence to operational controls and procedures

• Assist with operational reporting and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines

• Experience in banking operations, middle office, or financial services support preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
