Content Creator (Video Ideation–Led, On-Camera Secondary)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative Content Creator with a strong ideas-first mindset to join our marketing team. The core of this role is conceptualising and ideating video content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives across social media platforms.
While you will occasionally appear on camera, being on-screen is not the main focus of the role. The priority is your ability to think creatively, spot trends early, and translate ideas into video content that performs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brainstorming, storytelling, and shaping content direction — and is comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Ideation & Conceptualisation (Primary Responsibility)
• Conceptualise and propose video content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and objectives
• Develop content angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches for social media
• Translate trends, insights, and audience behaviour into actionable video concepts
• Build content frameworks and repeatable series ideas
• Collaborate with marketing team to align content ideas with campaign goals
Video Creation & Execution
• Plan and create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Work with the team to execute approved content ideas
• Ensure video concepts are practical, on-brand, and platform-appropriate
On-Camera Participation (Secondary Requirement)
• Appear on camera when content concepts require a human presence
• Deliver light scripted or semi-scripted content naturally
• Participate in trend-based or lifestyle-style videos as needed
Trend & Performance Awareness
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform changes
• Review content performance and suggest improvements or new ideas
• Iterate on concepts based on engagement and performance data

Core Skills & Traits
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills
• Ability to consistently generate fresh, relevant video ideas
• Good understanding of how social media content performs
• Curious, trend-aware, and digitally native
• Organised and able to communicate ideas clearly
On-Camera Comfort (Secondary)
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Natural, friendly, and presentable demeanour
Technical Skills
• Understanding of video production and editing workflows
• Familiarity with short-form video formats and platforms
• Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar is a plus

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in content ideation, social media, or personal content platforms is an advantage
• Portfolio of content ideas, mood boards, scripts, or sample videos is a strong plus
