Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, creative, and engaging multimedia content to profile senior management, staff, and hospital initiatives
• Plan and execute end-to-end production of videos, graphics, and visual assets for internal communications and social media platforms
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather information and produce relevant, timely content aligned with organisational messaging
• Tailor content for different audiences to inform, educate, and engage effectively
• Monitor and analyse content performance across platforms and recommend improvements
• Support multiple communications campaigns concurrently, often under tight timelines
• Stay updated on digital communication trends and best practices to enhance outreach and engagement

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, social media team, or digital communications role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in producing video and social media content
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of other Adobe software is an advantage)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines based on operational needs
