Job Description

Overview

We’re seeking a creative, hands-on content creator to join our Regional Corporate Affairs (CA) team. This role is the production engine of our content team — turning ideas into scroll-stopping reels, social-ready videos, and visual assets in real time. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Corporate Communications Intern to bring stories to life across 22 Asia-Pacific markets, gaining hands-on experience in video production, social media, design, and digital storytelling within a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Execution

  • Produce engaging content — short-form video (reels), social clips, photography, and graphics — for internal and external channels that reflect our corporate brand voice and values.
  • Film and edit video content using tools such as Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
  • Confidently film and interview others — capturing footage, interviews, and the on-ground moments for video storytelling. Being comfortable appearing on camera is a bonus.
  • Design graphics and digital assets to support our content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Support the content ideation process, partnering closely with the Corporate Communications Intern to translate concepts into production-ready assets.
  • Use AI tools to speed up and enhance content production (e.g. editing, design ideation, asset generation).

Social Media Management

  • Help manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Workplace (internal), ensuring content is tailored to resonate with each channel’s audience.
  • Create and execute content that is social-media savvy — on-trend, platform-native, and audience-first.
  • Track and measure social media performance through analytics, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations to refine and strengthen our social media strategy based on performance trends.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications Intern to maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of content aligned to the content calendar.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to capture visual storytelling opportunities (e.g. event filming, photography).

As a Corporate Affairs intern, you will also receive exposure to public affairs and sustainability as part of our multidisciplinary team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A social-native content creator with a strong instinct for short-form video and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Hands-on proficiency in short-form video editing (Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut) is essential; design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop are also part of the role.
  • Comfortable appearing on and presenting to camera for reels.
  • Social media savvy, with an instinct for what content resonates with different platform audiences and a solid understanding of how each channel works.
  • Comfortable working with social media analytics and translating data into strategy recommendations.
  • AI-savvy, with an interest in using AI tools to streamline content creation and design workflows.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in multimedia, digital media, communications, marketing, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Please share 2–3 short-form videos (e.g. reels) you have personally filmed and edited; plus, any social channels you run or contribute to. A wider design or visual portfolio is welcome as a supplement.
  • Experience with social media management or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong attention to visual and written detail.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.
