Job Description:

• Plan, develop and Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives for the Company and our Clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Gather potential leads through marketing campaigns and input into CRM system for sales team to follow up on.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and SEO/SEM.
• Oversee pre planning, on-set production and post-production editing processes.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content for all projects.
• Collaborate with design and video production team to produce engaging visual content on social media.
• Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, articles etc
• Develop social media strategies and content for the Company and its projects.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Set up paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative team to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Responsible for full project management and scheduling for social media marketing projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field of study.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising and/or digital marketing.
• Passion for marketing and loves to express ideas visually
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with strong project and time-management skills
