What you will do

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency to keep us ahead of the competition

Who we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
• Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
• Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
