Working day : 6 days (able to work on shift work)

Site: Changi

Willing to work on weekend and PH when required

Must with site supervisor experience

• Follow the work schedule sequence for construction operation.
• Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
• Able to understand construction drawings.
• Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.
• Hands-on works of wet trade/ architectural/ steel work or any other activity that supporting project.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Allocating work to workers, setting targets and communicating precise instructions.
• Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience as a site supervisor at Construction Site
• Diploma in Construction, Civil & Structural Engineering or any construction, electrical related study certificate
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience in a leadership role recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
