Key Responsibilities:

1.  Able to read and understand drawings and support engineers interpreting technical drawings and spotting potential issues. 

2.  Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safety compliances.

3. Lead, motivate, manage and supervise workers and subcontractors.

4.  Monitor site progress, report updates to the project team and maintain accurate site records.

5. Attend site meetings and liaise with project team and stakeholders.

6. Maintain proper site housekeeping, material and equipment maintenance

7.  Able to do materials taking off and ordering of required materials.

Requirements:

1.    Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

2.    Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is required.

3.     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.

4.    Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5.     Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

6.   Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
