1.1.1 Organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.

1.1.2 Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

1.1.3 Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.

1.1.4 Research and draft shop-drawings, engineering plans, and graphics.

1.1.5 Identify solutions to improve construction efficiency.

1.1.6 Use design softwares to develop models and drawings.

1.1.7 Prepares computer generated schedule programming (Primavera, MS Project or others) to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.

1.1.8 Prepares pre-tender, tender and contract programmes.

1.1.9 Maintain existing construction / progress records and designs.

1.1.10 Checking of site progress of all projects if works are in accordance to designs, and to highlight onerous discrepancies if any, and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.

1.1.11 Coordinate with other Engineers, the Management, and the Project Consultants.

1.1.12 Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts, including documentation of delay if any.

1.1.13 Prepares progress reports and progress audits.

1.1.14 Prepares commissioning programmes.

1.1.15 Prepares recovery programmes.

1.1.16 Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and progress.

1.1.17 Keeps updated on the construction industry practices and standards and recommends ways to improve the planning and scheduling systems.

1.1.18 Involve preparation and managing in Risk Assessment Plan.

1.1.19 Ensuring quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are compiled.

1.1.20 Capturing of variations to the project from the contract.

1.1.21 Attend pre-tender site show round where required.

1.1.22 Any other duties at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

Requirements

Singaporean / Singapore PR

· 3 ~ 4 years of relevant working experience

· Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
