Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring, including KYC and sanctions screening, while ensuring process adherence to statutory, regulatory, and export control requirements.
• Maintain and oversee documentation for PDPA, ISO standards, internal controls, SOPs, and support audits by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify workflow and process gaps, highlight associated compliance and documentation risks, and escalate issues to senior management for resolution.
• Coordinate ISO documentation management, support standardisation initiatives, and facilitate process improvement across all departments.
• Advise and guide teams on compliance documentation procedures, manage timely updates of SOPs, and ensure records are accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in compliance, internal audit, internal control, ISO coordination, or governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of compliance practices, internal controls, regulatory documentation, and KYC/sanctions procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities across departments.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), with the ability to work independently and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
