Job Description
TeaGIF is a growing food and beverage brand known for innovation, creativity, and a passion for quality. We’re expanding our food stall business and looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to lead our branding, promotions, and customer engagement efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with engaging and creative content.
- Plan and oversee promotions, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials such as posters, videos, and digital ads.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve marketing performance.
- Work with the operations team to ensure consistent branding across all outlets.
- Support franchise and partnership marketing efforts when required
requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B marketing, events, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Familiar with social media trends, influencer marketing, and online advertising.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passionate about food and creative marketing ideas.

Design, implement, and improve operational processes
Ensure workflows are efficient and standardized
Resource Management
Manage staff, equipment, materials, and budgets
Allocate resources to meet production or service targets
Planning & Scheduling
Develop operational plans, schedules, and timelines
Forecast demand and adjust operations accordingly
Quality Control
Ensure products or services meet quality standards
Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement practices
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs and operational metrics
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Cost Control
Reduce operational costs while maintaining quality
Manage inventory and minimize waste
Team Leadership
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain workplace health and safety standards
