Job Description

TeaGIF is a growing food and beverage brand known for innovation, creativity, and a passion for quality. We’re expanding our food stall business and looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to lead our branding, promotions, and customer engagement efforts.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with engaging and creative content.
  • Plan and oversee promotions, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as posters, videos, and digital ads.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve marketing performance.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure consistent branding across all outlets.
  • Support franchise and partnership marketing efforts when required

requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B marketing, events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and creative skills.
  • Familiar with social media trends, influencer marketing, and online advertising.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passionate about food and creative marketing ideas.

    • Manage staff, equipment, materials, and budgets

    • Allocate resources to meet production or service targets

  • Planning & Scheduling

    • Develop operational plans, schedules, and timelines

    • Forecast demand and adjust operations accordingly

  • Quality Control

    • Ensure products or services meet quality standards

    • Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement practices

  • Performance Monitoring

    • Track KPIs and operational metrics

    • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

  • Cost Control

    • Reduce operational costs while maintaining quality

    • Manage inventory and minimize waste

  • Team Leadership

    • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff

    • Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies

    • Maintain workplace health and safety standards
