• Carry out commissioning of Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems.

• Support the Assistant Manager in achieving operational objectives.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality service standards to customers.

• Lead and supervise the team in completing assigned tasks and projects.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and engineers.

• Coordinate commissioning activities with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings prior to work commencement.

• Provide performance feedback on engineers and technicians to management.

• Offer technical and logistical support at assigned sites.

• Deliver on-site technical guidance and advisory services to customers.

• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.

• Develop Method Statements and Risk Assessments for assigned projects or sites.

• Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance and ad-hoc service works.

• Provide 24/7 customer support via phone and on-site attendance when required.

• Oversee and monitor maintenance activities such as battery and coolant servicing.

• Track and report outstanding issues for assigned sites.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Lead or perform system overhauls as the Person-in-Charge (PIC).

• Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Manager.
