Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers politely and professionally Take and process customer orders accurately Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages
• Assist in preparing light snacks and food items
• Handle cashier duties and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, dining area, and equipment
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management Support opening and closing duties of the shop
• Follow all food hygiene and safety standards
