Key Responsibilities:

• Brew traditional coffee and tea using cloth filter/coffee sock and other manual methods
• Prepare half-boiled eggs
• Ensure consistency and quality of all beverages served
• Assist with front counter duties: taking orders, serving customers, handling basic transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage area and equipment
• Support daily operations as needed like make toast, prepare half-boiled eggs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Any other assignment as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in traditional coffee-making is required
• Familiar with brewing techniques for traditional coffee and milk tea
• Hardworking, responsible and a good team player
• Friendly attitude with communication skills and be attentive to customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
