• Provide clinical leadership by overseeing patient care, leading case conferences, ensuring infection control standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensure quality nursing care and nursing education on ground.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching, continue learning, upgrading and promoting continuous professional growth.
• Manage staffing needs through effective scheduling, workload allocation, and upholding staff discipline and teamwork.
• Oversee nursing administrative and operational functions , ward meetings, and emergency response coordination.
• Collaborate with Nurse Educators and Nurse Managers to ensure junior nurses skills are up till date accordingly to evidence based nursing.

 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or equivalent licensure.
