Position: Clinic Manager cum Coordinator

New clinic in Choa Chu Kang (CCK) and is seeking a qualified Clinic Manager cum Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth management of clinic activities. The role involves both hands-on clinic management responsibilities and coordination across three clinics, including overseeing staff, operations, inventory management, patient care, and clinic communications. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in managing a GP clinic and will be skilled in claims processing and clinic system management.

• $5,000/month + variable bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• 1st December 2025 or before 1st January 2026

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Manager Duties

• Reception & Patient Care: Manage reception duties, including patient registration, handling of medication dispensing, and ensuring excellent patient service.
• Stock Management: Oversee the procurement and management of clinic stock, including medications and consumables, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and well-maintained.
• Clinic Cleanliness & Hygiene: Ensure that clinic facilities meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Staff Management: Manage clinic manpower, including scheduling and rostering of clinic staff and doctors to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Claims Submission: Submit claims for government schemes such as CHAS and TPA in a timely and accurate manner.
• Patient & Clinic Communication: Handle patient queries and communication regarding clinic operations, ensuring patient satisfaction and clear communication under management supervision.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to fellow clinic assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations and staff competency.

Coordinator Duties (Across 3 Clinics)

• Cross-Clinic Projects: Coordinate on projects that require input from multiple clinic branches, such as manpower, inventory, and logistics management, to ensure consistent operations across all clinics.
• Staff Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills, knowledge, and clinic operational efficiency.
• Workflow Development: Design, develop, and implement effective clinic workflows and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a Clinic Manager role, with significant exposure to the daily operations of a GP clinic.
• Solid experience in handling claims submissions for CHAS, TPA, or similar schemes.
• Proficiency in using the Plato System for clinic management and claims processing.
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities across clinics, from hands-on management to strategic coordination.
