You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and seamless operation in one of our general practice clinic. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Scheduling and managing appointments to optimise the clinic's workflow
• Handling claims including TPA,CHAS, third party insurance, etc.
• Managing clinic budgets, billing processes.
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and sanitised
• Assisting doctor with various clinical tasks as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Handling telephone inquiries and addressing patient queries in a professional manner
• Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
• Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems
• A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to patient wellbeing
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and saturday, as required
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience preferred with experience in managing clinic assistants
