• Register patients and manage appointments
• Perform basic triage and record vital measurements
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Manage billing, payment collection, and claims processing (CHAS, MediSave, TPA)
•  Assist doctors with clinical and administrative duties
•  Coordinate with laboratories, imaging centres, and specialist clinics
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, equipment sterilisation, and infection control standards
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Patient-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate; training will be provided
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
