Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Operations of clinic
• Registration
• Answering Phone calls, Whatsapp and email
• Managing queue systems
• Conducting Health Screening
• Assisting the doctor with procedures and test
• Conducting 12-Lead Electrocardiogram
• Stocktaking and requisition of drugs and other consumables
• End-of-Day settlement of payment terminals

Requirements

Experience

• Recent graduates are welcome
• Preferred: At least 2-3 years working in a General Practitioner Clinic

Skills

• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Office) and ability to learn new system
• Experience with Computer based Clinic Management Systems will be preferred

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum Requirement: Higher NITEC in Service Skills/GCE O Level with pass in English
• Preferred: Diploma in Health Services Management (e.g. Republic Polytechnic Health Services Management Diploma)
