Location: Lorong 4 Toa Payoh (near Braddell MRT)

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8.10am-12pm, 1-5pm

Sat mornings, 8.10am-1pm

We close on Sundays and public holidays.

Duties:

• Attend to patient enquiries - walk-in and by phone
• Patient registration
• Dispensing of medication
• Collection of payments
• Arranging patient appointments and specialist referrals
• Submitting online claims for payment schemes
• Scanning documents, data entry, office duties
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures
• Assist clinic manager with stock taking, monitoring and ordering
• Triage duties
• Infection control measures e.g. wearing PPE, wipedown of premises

Requirements:

• Careful
• Service-oriented
• Team player
• GCE ’N’ level and above
• Computer-literate
• Able to speak English and Chinese to communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking patients.
• Experience with clinic work is preferred but not required.
