Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Needs Discovery: Conduct deep-dive consultations with business leaders to identify gaps in their current operations, branding, or market positioning.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and present customized consultancy proposals that align with the client’s specific long-term business goals.
  • High-Level Networking: Proactively build a pipeline of corporate leads through industry events, referrals, and professional outreach.
  • Relationship Stewardship: Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, providing regular "check-ins" to ensure our solutions are delivering maximum value.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts to provide clients with proactive advice on how to remain competitive.
  • Consultative Closing: Lead the negotiation process for high-value service contracts, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and Arcmetic.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: We welcome high-potential fresh graduates from Business, Communications, or related disciplines. Prior experience (0–3 years) in client-facing roles, corporate advisory, or business development will be an advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English; ability to present complex ideas with clarity and confidence to C-suite executives.
  • Consultative Mindset: You are a problem-solver first and a salesperson second. You value "fit" over just "hitting a number.
  • Professional Presence: Excellent grooming and interpersonal skills, suitable for representing a premier consultancy brand.
