Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by preparing and updating documentation, reports, schedules, and trackers for client engagements.

  • Maintain precise client records in internal systems and shared folders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Coordinate with various internal teams (Operations, Finance, Claims, IT) to facilitate client servicing and follow up on required information.

  • Track the progress of ongoing client requests, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

  • Support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports like service performance and client activity summaries.

  • Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and templates.

  • Provide logistical support for client reviews, workshops, and internal meetings, including scheduling and material preparation.

  • Manage the general mailbox, triaging enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications of BCP / PGI / HI / ComGI are highly advantageous.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort in working with data and systems.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a service-oriented mindset.
