The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role where your passion for helping families meets real earning potential and

. You'll combine relationship-building with consultative sales — guiding parents through important safety decisions for their homes while developing lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families
• Provide expert guidance on child safety products, invisible grilles, window restrictors, and window solutions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate safety and home improvement solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation using Microsoft Office
• Coordinate site visits and installation schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
• Nurture long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
• Convert inquiries into sales through trusted advisory approach

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Genuinely cares about child safety and family wellbeing
• Enjoys helping parents make informed decisions to protect their children
• Naturally builds rapport and trust with clients
• Comfortable with sales and motivated by performance incentives
• Communicates with warmth, patience, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma, NTC, or GCE O-Level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• No prior experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Up to $5,000 per month
• Total Earning Potential: Up to $8,000 per month

Work Arrangement

• Schedule: 5.5 days per week.Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with one half-day off)One weekend day required: Saturday OR Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
