About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes of the role.

Mission: to deliver seamless, high-velocity onboarding experience for every new Sleek client. By mastering Singapore’s regulatory requirements and embracing AI-driven workflows, you will ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance while maintaining a zero-friction pace. You are responsible for turning new sign-ups into successful, live entities with speed, precision, and client delight.

Key outcomes in the first 6-12 months
1. 3 (Three) Day Sleek Time Execution. Ensure 100% of assigned incorporation and transfer files reach live status within 3 working days of active Sleek time. You will proactively follow up with clients to resolve external dependencies and move files back into the "active" clock as quickly as possible. Any delays caused by external client dependencies, such as pending documentation, signatures, or information requests, are excluded from the 3-daywindow

2. First-Time Right Statutory Filings: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate on all initial statutory filings (RORC, ROND, RONS, and resolutions). By utilizing internal automation tools and double-check protocols, you will ensure zero filing errors and zero rejections from ACRA.

3. Data Integrity Specialist: Guarantee that 100% of client profiles in the Sleek admin platform are complete and accurate before handover. Your goal is to eliminate any back-and-forth from the Service Delivery team caused by missing or incorrect entity data.

4. Personal CSAT of 97%+: Achieve a consistent individual Client Satisfaction score of at least 97% by providing clear, empathetic, and timely communication. You will resolve client queries within 4 working hours and proactively manage expectations throughout the onboarding journey.

5. AI Adoption & Process Feedback: Actively utilise all new AI and automation tools introduced in the roadmap. You are expected to provide weekly feedback on process friction points and suggest at least one automation improvement per quarter to simplify your own workflow.

Role Requirements

●     Recognised degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

●     Minimum 5 years’ experience in client-facing roles, handling sensitive information and complexclient matters.

●     2+ years of experience with a high proficiency in Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA/AML/CFT).

●     Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and various productivity software.

●     Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised with a "detail-oriented" approach.

●     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, and VUCA environment.

●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support entrepreneurs.

The interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the belowinterview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. 

TA Screening

A ~30 minute chat with the Talent Acquisition Team.

Technical Round

A ~45 minute interview with the hiring team/ hiring manager.

Behavioural / Soft Skills fit assessment

A ~45 minute chat with our Country manager.
