About the Role

Adecco is partnering with a renowned luxury watch & jewelry brand to hire a Client Advisor. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experience while driving sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities
• Proactively engage new and existing clients to grow your client portfolio
• Present products with strong storytelling, highlighting craftsmanship and heritage
• Handle sales transactions, after-sales service, and client inquiries professionally
• Support boutique operations including merchandising, inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)
• Strong passion for luxury products and client experience
• Proven sales ability with a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with CRM tools and boutique operations is an advantage
