An established international luxury brand is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales excellence in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Service

• Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs set by management

• Proactively engage walk-in and returning clients to generate sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and clienteling

• Deliver a high standard of service aligned with brand guidelines and service philosophy

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand heritage, and industry trends

• Stay informed about competitors and market developments

• Support product launches and promotional initiatives

• Maintain professional grooming and adhere to brand presentation standards

Retail Operations

• Comply with company policies and operational procedures

• Support inventory management and participate in stock takes

• Assist with daily store opening and closing duties

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards and visual guidelines

• Support VM implementation as directed by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch retail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset

• Passionate about sales with a strong appreciation for premium aesthetics

• Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, Salesforce)

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
