Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in commercial and hotel buildings. You'll ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage a team, and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cleaning staff to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services in commercial and hotel environments
• Enforce compliance with established cleaning standards and protocols to maintain hygiene and safety requirements
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure availability and cost-effective usage of cleaning materials
• Conduct regular quality inspections and promptly resolve identified issues to uphold service excellence
• Address client feedback and requests to enhance customer satisfaction and service responsiveness
• Report operational challenges and progress updates to management to support continuous improvement
