Job Summary

Support daily operations by coordinating with management and staff to maintain cleaning standards, manage resources, and promote a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with the Manager to communicate current tasks and assist in planning future activities
• Execute assigned duties efficiently while optimizing resource use
• Serve as a communication link between management and staff to ensure smooth information flow
• Maintain accurate control of stock, equipment, and consumables to support operations
• Request timely purchases of consumables, equipment, and materials to prevent shortages
• Monitor staff absenteeism and report findings promptly to the Manager
• Promote Health and Safety practices actively and report any breaches directly to the Manager
• Collaborate with members of other teams to support operational needs
• Inspect equipment regularly and arrange for replacement items as necessary
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across all facilities and report any deficiencies to the Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company goals

Requirements:

• Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities
• Willingly to travel island wide
