Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including support for EAL students.

Organise and maintain the classroom according to school guidelines, ensuring attractive displays and a conducive learning atmosphere.

Coordinate external learning opportunities, such as outdoor learning experiences and educational trips.

Assess, track, and report on student progress and behaviour, providing constructive feedback and setting improvement goals.

Prepare and deliver class assemblies, grade-level performances, and productions.

Contribute actively to the school’s extracurricular activities (ECAs).

Provide pastoral care and ensure students’ well-being, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Maintain high standards of behaviour and reinforce positive conduct in line with school policies.

Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and school events, including occasional weekends and evenings.
