Key responsibilities

• Project design and planning:Develop detailed designs, conduct feasibility assessments, and create comprehensive project plans.
• Technical and structural analysis:Use software like AutoCAD and Revit for design, and apply knowledge of structural analysis, soil mechanics, and material science.
• Budget and cost management:Prepare project cost estimates, manage the budget, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Regulatory compliance:Ensure all projects comply with government rules, regulations, and permits, and stay up-to-date on legal codes.
• Site supervision:Visit project sites for inspection, monitor progress, and ensure work is executed according to technical specifications.
• Risk and problem-solving:Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for solving problems, often working with other professionals and subcontractors.
