We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Civil Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.

Job Description

- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the work programmes

- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for technical issues and site activities

- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, ensure quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time

- Prepare reports and method statements

- Supervise workers/subcontractors and monitor their works closely for accuracy of works and safety compliance

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

- Minimum. 2-3 years site experience in building construction projects.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.

- Knowledge and experience in BIM will be an advantage.

- Possess good communication and writing skills.
