Well versed in building and construction project planning, detailed design, execution and supervision. Key responsibilities of the candidate in performing the followings as daily tasks :-

1. Civil & Structural engineering design and technical detailed drawings involve 2D & 3D BIM.

2. M+E engineering design and technical drawings especially in fire protection, flammable storage and fire engineering

3. ⁠Corenet-X submissions involve URA planning, SCDF BP/FP, BCA BP/ST and other agencies compliances submissions.

4. ⁠Occasionally, to visit building/ construction sites for project monitoring and supervision.
