Responsibilities:

• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of voice infrastructure across on premise and cloud deployments.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Cisco XML, Ansible, Puppet, UiPath, and Python to streamline provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
• Build automated solutions that support release management, CI/CD integration, and infrastructure as code practices.
• Utilize configuration and automation frameworks—including Cisco XML, Ansible, Puppet, UiPath, and Python for consistent and efficient infrastructure management.
• Automate release and deployment processes, and integrate with continuous integration/delivery systems and related infrastructure tools.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure tools, applications, APIs, and automation frameworks to enhance manageability and scalability of voice platforms.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including recommending and implementing automation strategies to strengthen resiliency.
• Maintain consistency and standardization across voice systems through clear documentation, processes, and governance controls.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Voice Infrastructure and automation frameworks including Cisco XML, Ansible, Puppet, UiPath, and Python.
• Experience in Scripting using Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Java.
• Experience in Executing automation plans for voice technologies, ensuring alignment with architectural and operational standards.
