Job Responsibilities

• Able to understanding and to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection
• You need to handling day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings and sales of vouchers etc
• You need to ensure the security of the premise and its facilities
• Ensuring the ocation is staffed productively and optimally
• You need to handle cash management for the opening and closing of a location
• Assisting in preparation of the location’s staff roster
• You need to ensure the location is kept in functional and presentable state at all times
• Ensuring staffs are aware and adopting proper operating procedures
• You need to assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers and contractors
• Able to conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
• Performing random assignments and projects

Job Requirements

• You must have a recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
• You must is a service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
• Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
• Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
• You must have those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
• Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
