Our client is a leading global F&B chain operator founded in Singapore, with business presence primarily in Southeast Asia countries with over 200 headcounts worldwide. Due to further expansion, the company is seeking experienced executive in the F&B sector to join their rank for a planned and success growth.

This position reports directly to the founders, who would relinquish operational responsibilities once the position is filled, but take on the roles of board advisors in the background.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Identify and formulate growth strategies and operational solutions with the owners
• Work with key leaders of each department to streamline report
• Analyze data for decision-making purpose
• Build strong relationship with internal team of key leaders in each department
• Identify, analyze and improve various operational issues and assist directors and middle managers in identifying solutions
• Work with various department to improve various performance, including Financial, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, e.t.c.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in F&B industry in a senior management position
• Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Possesses strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of the F&B industry in Singapore, and other countries in the region as a bonus
• Full understanding of financial reports with the assistance from head of Finance
