• Drive the group’s strategic growth while overseeing & supporting the daily operations in Singapore and the Region

• Partner with medical team to align operations with clinical excellence.
• Ensure strong patient acquisition, retention, and service satisfaction.
• Build and lead a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the brand to external stakeholders, partners, and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, allied health, or customer-focused service industries.
• Strong operational management skills with the ability to be hands-on.
• Demonstrated success in sales coaching, customer service training, and team development.
• Strong communicator who can liaise effectively with healthcare professionals.
