Job Summary

Develop and lead AI and related upskilling courses using the WSQ Framework. Manage a team of Courseware Developers to create and deliver training programmes that meet departmental KPIs and serve individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new training courses using the WSQ Framework to upskill individuals and corporate clients in AI and related fields
• Lead and coordinate a team of Courseware Developers to produce high-quality course materials aligned with company standards
• Collaborate with management to set, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs for course delivery and programme success
