We are looking for a Centre Head for our PlayFACTO school at Tampines Central!

Roles and responsibilities (Average 5 day week - required to work on Sat Mornings)

• Lead team of teachers and centre care taker to oversee the daily operation of the center.
• Build strong and positive relationships with parents, team, children and vendors.
• Guide, support, and assist the teaching team towards the betterment of our students.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behaviour, billing, logistics, and administrative matters.
• Work with teachers to plan programme planning and develop curriculum.
• Support Cluster Head on enrollment targets and student registration.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by Cluster Heads.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Education/Teaching/Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a student care center.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Diligent, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
• Possess a passion for working with children.

Salary (based on suitability and relevant experience) :

• $3,000 - $3,500
