Responsibilities

• Able to do cooking (good cooking skills)
• Cook dishes based ont recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality
• Daily cutting and preparation
• Good food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the central kitchen
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management related to kitchen operations

Requirements

• Experience in catering or event-based F&B is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food hygiene certification (WSQ or equivalent)
• Good time management and communication skills
• Able to read basic English (menus, stock counts, ingredient)
