Job Scope:

• Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls and walk-ins, IG DMs smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service
• Packing and checking all cakes and against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message
  piping, candles, etc
• Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery
• Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
• Arranging delivery routes to drivers
• Stock take and inventory
• Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders
• Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis
