• Conduct technical studies, analyses, and investigations within the radio frequency (RF) domain, including cellular network coverage and performance audits, RF measurements, and RF coexistence issue resolution.
• Carry out on-site RF-related activities independently, such as RF measurements, troubleshooting, and investigations, while liaising with government agencies, mobile network operators, key partners, and members of the public.
• Respond to time-critical RF investigations, which may occasionally require work outside normal office hours.
• Provide technical support for RF-related projects as required.
• Undertake administrative duties to support the team and division’s core operational functions when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of RF technologies and communication system characteristics.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated conceptual thinking and analytical ability.
• Possession of a Class 3 driver’s license is an added advantage.
• A proactive, meticulous team player with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
