Responsibilities

• Actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) SME clients and manage a portfolio of existing SME relationships.

• Drive portfolio growth by achieving or exceeding quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic relationship-building.

• Cross-sell a full suite of SME banking solutions, including business accounts, cash management, lending, trade finance, investments, insurance, and hedging solutions.

• Analyse clients’ business operations, cash flow cycles, and risk profiles to structure suitable financial solutions.

• Recommend appropriate pricing and financing structures based on business potential and credit risk.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships while delivering high service and advisory standards.

• Ensure full compliance with KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and all regulatory and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SME banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.

• Good understanding of SME banking products, working capital solutions, and cash management.

• Familiarity with Customer Due Diligence, including FATCA and CRS requirements.

• Proven track record in sales performance, portfolio management, and cross-selling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance
