主要职责:

• 阅读并理解蓝图、图纸和技术规格，规划和执行木工工作。
• 在现代化工厂/车间中监督和管理木工组件的制作。
• 领导现场安装，确保项目以最高质量标准完成。
• 监督和指导木工团队，营造安全、高效和团结的工作氛围。
• 与项目经理、设计师及其他工种合作，确保项目顺利进行。
• 维护工具、设备和材料，确保其性能和安全。

职位要求:

• 有木工头或类似领导岗位的丰富经验。
• 能够熟练阅读和理解蓝图、图纸及技术规格。
• 出色的工艺水平，注重细节和精细做工。
• 精通木工组件的制作和安装。
• 具备良好的团队领导和激励能力。
• 良好的中文沟通能力（必需），英语能力为加分项。
• 身体健康，能够适应工厂和现场工作环境。
• 熟悉新加坡人力部的法规和安全标准。
• 自备基本木工工具（如适用）。

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry work.
• Oversee and manage the fabrication of carpentry components in our state-of-the-art workshop/factory.
• Lead on-site installation, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
• Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the carpentry field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Exceptional craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and fine workmanship.
• Proficiency in fabrication and installation of carpentry components.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (required); English is a bonus.
• Physically fit and able to work in both workshop and on-site environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and safety standards.
• Own basic carpentry tools (if applicable).

Work Environment:

• Workshop/Factory: Located at 7 Soon Lee Street, #01-06, Singapore 627608.
• On-Site Work: Projects are located across Singapore. Transportation to and from project sites will be provided.
