• Monday to Thursday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
• Friday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
  

Role Overview

We are looking for a committed individual to support career guidance, job readiness, and employment support initiatives. This role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to facilitate job matching and support sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Career Guidance & Client Preparation

• Conduct individual and group career guidance sessions
• Support résumé writing, interview preparation, and career planning
• Facilitate career readiness using structured tools and frameworks
• Assist clients in identifying skills, interests, and development needs

Job Matching & Placement Support

• Engage employers to understand hiring needs and share relevant programmes
• Match suitable candidates to job opportunities and coordinate interviews
• Prepare referral documentation for job placements
• Maintain accurate placement records and update systems

Career Resource Centre (CRC) Operations & Others

• Support clients in using career resources, including job portals and résumé tools
• Maintain and update resource materials
• Assist in organising career-related workshops and activities
• Provide administrative and operational support as required

Requirements

• Recognised degree
• Certification in career facilitation is an advantage
• Experience in career guidance, facilitation, or employment support is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good facilitation and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
