🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Care Staff, you’ll play an active role in creating, coordinating, and delivering programmes that keep seniors engaged, active, and connected.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging programmes and community events for seniors.
- Manage all aspects of event operations – from registration and logistics to post-event evaluation.
- Work closely with service providers, volunteers and community partners to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
- Keep accurate records for programme evaluation and improvement.
- Lead outreach and home visitation efforts to connect with more seniors in the community.
- Support the Centre Manager in daily centre operations and new initiatives that bring joy to our seniors.
🌱 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is caring, organised, and community-minded.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or higher in social work, community development, gerontology, or a related field.
- Strong organisational, communication, and computing skills.
- Conversational ability in Mandarin or local dialects will be a strong advantage.
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues, volunteers and partners.
- Open to learning and adapting to new systems and technology when required.
- Experience in eldercare, social service, or community work is a plus.
- Most importantly — a cheerful heart and genuine interest in seniors.
