We’re launching a new campus recruitment initiative — and we’re looking for the leader who will build it. This isn’t a plug-and-play recruiting role. There’s no existing playbook. No established target schools. No legacy processes to inherit. You will architect and scale our early-career hiring strategy from zero to impact — designing the programs, partnerships, and experiences that shape the future of our company.

Your Mission

Design, launch, and scale a world-class campus recruitment program that delivers high-performing interns and new grads across critical business areas.

You’ll build both the strategy and the execution engine.

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Program Design

  • Define our multi-year early-career hiring roadmap
  • Identify target universities (diversity focus, specialty programs, geographic strategy)
  • Design internship and new grad hiring models
  • Establish hiring forecasts with business leaders

University Partnerships & Brand Building

  • Build relationships with career centers, professors, and student organizations
  • Launch campus ambassador programs
  • Develop a compelling on-campus employer brand presence
  • Represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, and flagship events

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Create scalable sourcing and screening frameworks
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and early-career hires
  • Build structured interview processes
  • Drive high offer acceptance rates

Systems & Analytics

  • Implement tools (ATS, CRM, event tracking) to support scale
  • Establish funnel metrics, reporting dashboards, and ROI tracking by school
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates and candidate experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders, marketing, and HR
  • Train hiring managers on early career interviewing best practices
  • Align workforce planning with future campus intake

What Success Looks Like

In 6 Months:

  • Defined campus strategy + target school portfolio
  • First wave of interns/new grads successfully hires
  • Strong early traction with 5–10 priority universities

In 12 Months:

  • Fully operational internship program
  • Measurable pipeline health (strong conversion metrics)
  • Recognizable campus brand presence

In 24 Months:

  • Scalable, repeatable early talent engine
  • High-performing intern-to-full-time conversion rates
  • Established reputation at priority campuses

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years in campus or early-career recruiting
  • Experience launching or scaling new recruiting programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Event planning & high-volume hiring experience
  • Ability to travel during peak campus seasons

Bonus: Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
