50nFifty Productions is looking for a reliable and hands-on Camera Operator / Grip who takes pride in their work and treats the camera/ grip department as their own.

This role is suited for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys solving problems on set. Beyond technical skills, we value individuals who are disciplined, neat, and constantly looking to improve.

///Key Responsibilities\\\

• Set up and manage camera, lighting, and grip equipment for shoots
• Assist in operating camera and executing planned shots
• Maintain equipment organisation, cleanliness, and readiness
• Support camera movement setups (tripod, gimbal, slider, basic rigging)
• Work closely with the team to achieve desired shot composition and movement
• Troubleshoot on-set issues quickly and effectively

Skills & Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of camera systems and production equipment
• Good sense of framing, shot angles, and camera movement
• Organised, neat, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and improve continuously
• Takes initiative
• Responsible and able to work independently when required
• Positive attitude and team player
