Job Title: Buyer (ID3542)
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am- 6:00pm.
Salary up to : $3000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring best value in terms of price, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

REQUIREMENTS
• Require have 2 years in doing Buyer, Purchasing, or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as inventory control.
